Paul S. Rovinsky is a Certified Public Accountant who has specialized in the financial and administrative management of non-profit organizations for more than 28 years.

He is currently the Director of the Jewish Community Foundation in the Heart of New Jersey in South River NJ. From 2004 until 2007, Mr. Rovinsky served as the first Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of The Russell Berrie Foundation in Teaneck New Jersey. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of the American Technion Society in New York. He has also held positions as Chief Financial Officer of Episcopal Homes Foundation in Oakland, California, and held a similar position at the San Francisco Bay Area Jewish Community Federation. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer of AIPAC in Washington DC, a pro-Israel lobby that organizes local and national political activity and lobbying efforts to encourage support of Israel.

In addition to his professional roles in the non-profit community, Mr. Rovinsky has served as President, Treasurer and Fundraising Vice President of Jewish Family Services of Middlesex County, New Jersey, and was on the Board of the Jewish Federation of Middlesex County, which named him Man of the Year for 2010. He also served on the Board of the Esophageal Cancer Education Foundation of New Jersey.

Mr. Rovinsky is a graduate of Temple University, where he received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
