Mark Rubin

Mark Rubin is Senior Vice President, Wealth Management, and Portfolio Management Director at Morgan Stanley SmithBarney in San Francisco, a position he has held for more than 20 years.  Prior to that, he was the Bay Area Representative of AMPAL-American Israel Corporation. He has also served as Executive Director of the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, the oldest Jewish center on the West Coast, and held Executive Director positions at the Pittsburgh and MetroWest New Jersey Jewish Community Centers.  He began his career with the B’nai B’rith Youth Organization. In addition, Mr. Rubin has served on the Board of Directors of the Kol Shofar Synagogue in Bay Area, and has been involved with various nonprofit organizations.

Mr. Rubin is a graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Newark, where he received a Bachelors Degree in Biology.  He is a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity.
